What happens to my Premium membership if I become a Captain?

As an active Captain, you'll receive a free Premium membership. It's our way of saying thank you for your ongoing support.

If you already have a paid Premium membership when you become a Captain, you'll need to cancel it yourself to avoid being charged in the future.

If you purchased your membership within the last 14 days, you can take advantage of the statutory cancellation period to request a full refund.

Unfortunately, partial refunds are not possible after that period. However, we make sure you don't lose any remaining time. Once you become a Captain, if we don't notice you already paid for Premium, please bring it to our attention by emailing support@meet5.com or the captain email account you were given. This way, we can note how much time you have left on your membership. When you ever step down from your role as a Captain or take a break, we can reactivate those credited months to your account.

This way, you won’t miss out, whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned member.
