How do I purchase a membership on the Meet5 website?

Great to hear you're interested in Premium! Here's how you can easily complete your purchase through our online shop.

First, visit our shop at: https://www.meet5.de/shop There, you'll see Premium membership options.

How to complete your order:

Enter your details: First, fill in your name, address, and email address so we can process your order. Important: Use the same email address linked to your Meet5 account. You can find it in the app under your Profile by scrolling to the bottom.
Choose a delivery method: This is just a required step in the ordering process. You can simply click Continue.
Select a payment method: Choose between PayPal and card. Enter your payment details and proceed.
Apply a discount code (optional): If you have a discount code, click "Redeem discount code" in the order summary on the right. Enter the code and select "Redeem". The total price will update automatically.
Review and agree to the terms: Check that all information is correct. Then confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.
Place your order: Tap "Order with payment" to complete your purchase. Once your order is submitted:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email right away
- Your Premium membership will be activated within 24 hours, usually much faster, often within 2 hours
- You’ll receive a separate email once your membership is active
