Once you commit to attending an activity, the organizers and other participants are excited and counting on you to come. As Meet5’s goal is to build community and relationships, our system flags and automatically blocks some inconsiderate behaviors. One of these practices is activity hopping, which is cancelling attendance at one activity within short notice, and registering for another that’s taking place at a similar time.

For example, if today is December 1st and you cancel your registration for an event on December 4th at 6 p.m., and then try to sign up for another activity on December 4th at 7 p.m., the system will block you from signing up.
