Most Meet5 activities are limited to 12 participants maximum, including the creator. The platform is designed to encourage small, personal group experiences.

XL activities are an exception to this. XL activities allow for more than 12 participants with no upper limit. These activities are for special occasions, and can only be created by the Meet5 Team or Community Captains.

You’ll recognize XL activities by the XL label at the beginning of the activity title. They’ll display with the 12 slots filled randomly, so if you don’t see yourself displayed, don’t worry, simply check in For Me, My activities to confirm you’re signed up. You can view the full list of participants under the activity, More, and then List of all participants.
