You want to buy a Club or Premium membership, but are unsure whether you should buy the subscription directly via the app or via our web shop? No problem, we'll tell you what the difference is!

Purchase via the app

When we say via the app, we mean purchasing directly in the app, under “Profile” → “My Club / Premium”.

This is a so-called in-app purchase. In-app purchases are additional content or, as in the case of Meet5, subscriptions.

The purchase is processed accordingly via the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment is made using the payment method defined in the App Store. As the purchase is concluded via the respective App Store, it can only be cancelled or revoked there.

No discount codes can be redeemed via the app.

Purchase via the web shop

Our web shop is like an online shop that you won't find in the app, but on our website www.meet5.de/shop – this means you can also access the web shop conveniently via your computer or laptop.

Since the purchase is handled directly by us, we are your contact if there are any problems with your membership, and you can easily cancel or revoke your subscription by sending an email to https://www.meet5.de/shop?lang=en.

There are also occasional discount campaigns in the web shop. This means that you can redeem the discount codes here.
