You want to deactivate your account? That’s too bad!

Even if we don't like letting you go, you can easily delete your account by following these steps:

  1. Tap on "Profile"

  2. You will find the settings by tapping on the small gear wheel

  3. At the very bottom is "Delete account"

If you have already deleted the app, please send us a short email to support@meet5.com with the information that we should delete your account. Please make sure that you write to us from the email address with which you are also registered with Meet5.

Of course, you can also simply log out of your account if, for example, you don't want to receive any more push messages for a while or you want to log in with a different account.
