The Fast Pass can be used to secure a place in a meeting that is already full.
This is how you proceed:
- Select Fast Pass
Tap on the ‘Fast Pass’ button in the desired meeting. - Finalize your purchase
A window will open in which you can finalize the purchase. Confirm the payment. - Check status
After the successful purchase, the ‘Fast Pass’ button is replaced by the ‘Waiting’ button. This will automatically move you up if a place becomes available in the meeting.
Fast Pass management:
You can see at any time how many Fast Passes you have and for which meetings you have currently used one. Just tap on ‘Profile’ 🠖 ‘Fast Pass’ at the bottom right of the app.
Notes on the Fast Pass:
- A Fast Pass can exclusively be used for meetings that are already full.
- Only one Fast Pass is available per meeting. If it is already taken, you can no longer purchase it.
Payment processing via the app store:
The purchase is made exclusively via the respective app store (Apple or Google). The payment method stored there will be charged automatically. If you encounter problems with payment, please check the settings in your app store and adjust the payment method if necessary.
