Can I remove attendees myself?
That depends on if you're a standard creator or captain.
If I’m a Captain, what can I do? (Captains in US only)
As a Captain, you can manage attendees directly, including removing members if needed.
To do this:
Open the participant list (by navigating to the activity page and selecting the 3 dots)
Tap the 3 dots on the member you'd like removed
Select "Remove"
If I’m not a Captain, what should I do?
If you’re not a captain, you can either
Report the activity in the app with the name of the member(s), or
Email us at support@meet5.com
If you email us, please include:
the link to the activity
the names of the members who should be removed
the reason they need to be removed
We’ll be happy to look into it and help take action.
When should someone be removed from the activity?
Please use this feature thoughtfully and not for personal reasons. It’s mainly meant for situations like:
Inactive profiles that no longer seem to be using the app
Fake profiles that don't seem to be authentic
People who can’t make it but forgot to remove themselves from the activity
