As an active Captain, you'll receive a free Premium membership. It's our way of saying thank you for your ongoing support.
If you already have a paid Premium membership when you become a Captain, you'll need to cancel it yourself to avoid being charged in the future.
If you purchased your membership within the last 14 days, you can take advantage of the statutory cancellation period to request a full refund.
Unfortunately, partial refunds are not possible after that period. However, we make sure you don't lose any remaining time. Once you become a Captain, you'll receive an official confirmation email from us, noting the credit for any unused months. If you ever step down from your role as a Captain, we can reactivate those credited months to your account.
